A quick glimpse askance
at my second-hand nightstand
while crashing to the bed
reveals an ancient question posed
by those with too much time:
Which is mightier?:
the Glock semi-auto
or the green highlighter
sitting next to it?
Before succumbing to a
nap I know I shouldn't take
I roll over to turn the table's
third occupant on Silent
and come to my conclusion:
It's neither.
